Tar Heel born, Tar Heel bred, and when we die we will be Tar Heel dead. We love to show our pride for our Tar Heels by wearing the colors, decorating our car, and living the “Carolina Way.” After receiving numerous parking tickets and frustration trying to find the right gear on Franklin Street, we realized there must be others like us. Upon spending a few years in the state of Virginia without access to UNC apparel and fan items, except for places like Wal-Mart, we realized there must be others like us. When shopping online and being tired of overpaying, or paying for shipping, we realized there must be others like us!

We created IamaTarheel.com for real Carolina fans who don’t want to shop at Wal-mart, can’t get to Franklin Street, but want to purchase the hottest UNC items from a store who cares about the university. This is why we don’t charge for shipping, we are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UNC ITEMS. We funnel money back to the university through the UNC Ram’s Club and other charities. Ultimately our purpose is to assist the University of North Carolina and their fans in celebrating the beauty that we all know is The University of North Carolina.
